Are you holding onto emotional and mental scars that are blocking your growth, shadowing the light that is your true essence, or standing in the way of your moving forward? Is guilt, anger, resentment, fear, grief, anxiety, doubt, or some event from the past contracting your body, mind, and spirit? The emotional scars of past wounds are carried with us in the body and color the lens through which we experience life.
Ritual and ceremony provide a safe space for powerful transformation to occur. Letting go is not about erasing, burying or trying to forget, but rather recognizing what can be learned, gained, and giving gratitude for the opportunity to grow.
Using the tools of somatic releasing techniques, movement, journaling, altar creation, affirmation, sankalpa, guided meditation and the 5 elements of fire, earth, air, water, and ether, Beth will lead you in practices designed to help you explore coming to terms with that which you wish to release. Let go in a transformative ritual to open your heart and create space for a new beginning.

The practice of meditation has been used for centuries to calm the mind and gain focus. Meditation can help you when you feel untethered, when your mind and life are chaotic, when you need to let go of things that no longer serve you, when you have questions or decisions in front of you, or to simply help you find improved emotional regulation. Meditation is highly beneficial for emotional and physical well-being and overall health.
If you think you can’t meditate, think again! Whether you are new to meditation or a long-time practitioner, come experience community connection, feel more centered and grounded with a sense of inner peace.
Deepen into your meditation practice through a mix of gentle movement, silent and guided meditation and visualization.
